Shipping charges were as much as the product, then it' ships late and arrives in a box that must have gone around the world twice. The bottle is shown with a sprayer, it came without it. I got my own sprayer, and you know plain water worked as well as this product, don't waste your time or money on this junk.

John Stephens coil cleaner #S95-721 has no odor at all when used to clean air conditioning coils inside of home.It does a great job of cleaning.I highly recommend this product.
